Ingredients | Homemade Cappuccino Ice Cream1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk½ cup brewed strong coffee, cooled3 packets granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened4 ice cubes, or as neededDirectionsPour almond milk, coffee, sugar, and cream cheese into large plastic cup; blend with an immersion blender until the cream cheese is completely blended into the liquid, about 1 minute.
